Guest Self Service Kiosk For Hotels with built-in fast and highly accurate Facial Recognition and fraud detection Travel Document Reader, interfacing seamlessly to Cloudbeds PMS, Room Key Card system, Payment Gateway and EVA.

Guest will first enter their first, last name and the check out date into the system. The system will then retrieve the reinformation from Cloudbeds

The system will prompt the guest to scan their passport or NRIC so as to capture the passport / NRIC information as well as it photograph. The name and identification number will be read from the passport / NRIC and shown below the picture. System will turn on the camera to capture the guest face and compare it against the Passport / NRIC picture.

Once all the guests passport / NRIC has been captured and verified, the system will display the room details with charges.  The name fields will be auto populated from the passport / NRIC captured. Guest will just need to verify it before proceeding

The guest will be shown the terms and conditions. By agreeing to the condition, the system will allow the guest to proceed next for the payment

Once payment has been made, the guest can generate their room key and that completes the check in process!

Once done, if there is any outstanding payment or deposit, the system will prompt the guest to pay the outstanding amount.
